Thanks for looking at our home for sale! Here′s some of the reasons we′ll hate leaving this home behind...

The neighbors and neighborhood are great. There′s a strong home–owner′s association and citizens patrol. You just can′t beat Millard Schools, and there′s many top–quality parochial schools nearby to choose from as well.

But some of the nicest things we′d like to point out about the home itself begins with its size. This is one of the largest floor plans in the Wycliffe – Piedmont neighborhood. The extra square footage can especially be seen in the bedrooms, where an extra foot or two makes a HUGE difference. The main–floor family room is particularly nice to have, and the open floor plan just plain works for us. The finished rec–room in the basement is a sanity–saver (is that a word?) for parents (although has been put to good use by the adults as well).

The landscaping is lush. We love sitting in the back yard in the evening, surrounded by nature. The natural hollow we′re located in does a great job blocking the noise of West Dodge – compare it to others! The mature trees are hardwoods – the big storm this summer didn′t affect them at all! But one of the nicest things affecting our everyday life is location, location, location. Just seconds from West Dodge and ″20 minutes to anywhere″. You can find nearly anything you′re looking for within 5 miles or so. Two malls, two Walmarts, two Targets, ShopKo, 8 different grocers, hardware, auto, tons of restaurants...
